Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for patients with a variety of conditions and needs
  • Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to identify patient goals and objectives
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
  • Current or pending state licensure
