About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Home Foundation Repair Specialist to join our team in the Pittsburgh, PA area. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading provider of foundation repair services and make a real difference in the lives of homeowners.

Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate will be rewarded with a competitive base salary of $120,000 per year, plus commission earnings with no cap on income potential. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, long-term disability insurance, life insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.

About the Job

  • Inspect and service pre-existing foundation repair solutions installed by our company.
  • Partner with customers to identify and address any issues or concerns.
  • Recommend additional products and services to enhance or improve original installations.
  • Perform annual customer maintenance visits and reactive service appointments as needed.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in sales, construction, or a related field.
  • Proven customer relations skills and ability to build long-term relationships.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • A valid, non-restricted driver's license is essential for this role.
