Customer Service Associate

About the Role:
The Customer Service Associate is a vital member of our team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining a positive shopping experience. Key responsibilities include greeting and acknowledging every customer, accurately operating the register, and assisting with receiving the truck, pricing items, and merchandising product.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and acknowledge every customer with a positive and friendly demeanor.
- Acknowledge customer needs and communicate effectively with Team Leaders when necessary.
- Operate the register accurately and efficiently, approve refunds for other associates, and assist with training new Sales Associates.
- Assist with receiving the truck, pricing items, and merchandising product.
- Maintain the store appearance and complete any additional responsibilities and/or duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 6 months of prior retail experience preferred
- Flexible availability - days, evenings, weekends
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis
- A positive attitude and team player who wants to engage and serve customers
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to push and pull up to 35 pounds
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a safe manner
