Civil Engineering Project Lead

Luxus is seeking an experienced Civil Project Engineer to join our team in Portland, Oregon. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for leading and contributing to the design and development of civil engineering projects, including site and public infrastructure, building, and wastewater/water projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Project Design and Development: Oversee and contribute to the design and development of civil engineering projects, ensuring seamless execution and adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Sustainability Focus: Integrate sustainable practices into all aspects of design and development, promoting eco-friendly solutions that minimize environmental impact.
- Project Coordination: Coordinate project efforts across multidisciplinary teams, fostering collaboration and open communication to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Technical Expertise: Utilize in-depth knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D to create precise and efficient design solutions, leveraging your technical skills to drive project success.
- Client Interaction: Engage with clients to understand their needs, providing innovative solutions that meet their expectations and exceed their satisfaction.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all designs meet relevant regulations and standards, obtaining necessary approvals to guarantee project viability.
Requirements:
- Experience: 3 to 8 years of experience in civil engineering design, with specific experience in building and wastewater/water projects.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D is mandatory.
- Licensure: Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred but not required.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Collaboration: Strong ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
