Job Summary

The Certified Nurse Aide will provide high-quality care to residents in a long-term care facility. This role involves assisting residents with daily tasks, such as bathing, feeding, and dressing, as well as monitoring their vital signs and reporting any changes to the Charge Nurse.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide routine daily nursing care and services to residents in accordance with their care plans.
  • Assist residents with daily tasks, such as bathing, feeding, and dressing.
  • Monitor residents' vital signs and report any changes to the Charge Nurse.
  • Contribute to resident care plans by sharing knowledge of residents' conditions and needs.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) license.
  • Experience in a long-term care facility is preferred.

Physical Demands
The physical demands of this role include effectively communicating with residents and staff, as well as performing tasks that require lifting, carrying, and pushing/pulling. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this job.
