We are seeking a highly skilled Critical Care Nurse Specialist to join our team at the Department of Health and Human Services. As a critical care nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in a critical care setting
- Conduct ongoing assessments and evaluations of patients' conditions
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient information
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Graduate degree in nursing or related field
- Current licensure as a registered nurse (RN)
- At least one year of experience in critical care nursing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
