About the Role

At Randstad USA, we're seeking a skilled Facilities Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless day-to-day facility operations and providing exceptional support to our clients.

Job Responsibilities

We're looking for someone who can:

  • Coordinate site operations, including maintenance, repairs, and vendor management;
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders;
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure timely resolution of issues;
  • Schedule and manage work orders, track progress, and report on results;
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including inventory management and asset tracking;
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives;
  • Perform other duties as assigned, including reception and guest support, mail and courier services, and office supplies management.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in multi-site, manufacturing/warehouse/distribution environments;
  • High school diploma or technical certification preferred;
  • Knowledge of local occupational health and safety requirements and critical facilities management principles;
  • Understanding of basic technical aspects of property systems (computer room air-conditioning, chiller system, fire protection system, mechanical & electrical system);
  • Proficiency in a range of information technology tools and platforms;
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to work independently with little supervision and effectively deal with stressful situations;
  • Self-motivated; confident, energetic, and flexible;
  • Ability to lift 50lbs, bend, carry, and sit, stand or walk for prolonged periods of time.
Estimated Salary

$55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
