Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead, Learning and Development Specialist to join our team at Brighthouse Financial. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering high-quality training programs that meet the needs of our employees and drive business results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive training strategies that align with our business objectives
• Design and deliver engaging and interactive training programs that meet the needs of our employees
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to create training content that is accurate and relevant
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement
• Manage and maintain our learning management system and ensure that all training content is up-to-date and compliant

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in instructional design and training
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• FINRA registration or willingness to obtain within months of employment
• In-depth understanding of instructional design models and adult learning principles
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to deliver effective and engaging presentations to a variety of audiences
• Project management skills with the ability to plan, identify, coordinate, and track critical activities, milestones, and deliverables
