Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and caring Direct Support Professional/Caregiver to join our team. As a caregiver, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents by providing support with daily living activities, promoting independence, and fostering a sense of community.

Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with daily living activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and housekeeping
  • Encourage and support residents in developing independent living skills
  • Provide transportation to appointments and social events
  • Engage residents in recreational activities and hobbies
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience working with adults with developmental disabilities (preferably)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
