Job Title: Performance Marketing Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Performance Marketing Manager with a strategic vision and a deep understanding of various marketing channels and growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the performance marketing team, overseeing all performance channels including Paid Social, Paid Google, Affiliate, Influencer, among others.
  • Work with our VP of Marketing to help drive our ambitious growth agenda, working cross-functionally with our creative, content, retention, and organic social teams.
  • Pioneer our expansion into new marketing channels, including TV and direct mail while ensuring the effectiveness and profitability of our growth endeavors.
  • Lead and expand the team responsible for performance marketing, providing strategic direction and fostering a culture of innovation and experimentation.
  • Develop and implement strategies for all performance marketing channels, managing and developing performance marketing team members and working closely with external agencies to optimize ad spend and campaign effectiveness.
  • Oversee the 'Growth Creative' team, guiding the creation and testing of impactful ads specifically designed for paid social platforms, ensuring creative strategies are data-informed and align with broader growth objectives.
  • Spearhead the exploration and utilization of new performance marketing channels, including TV, Direct Mail, and more, overseeing the testing phases, data collection, and analysis to gauge each channel's success and potential scale.
  • Apply a combination of measurement methodologies to gauge marketing effectiveness and optimize spend, including multi-touch attribution, geo lift testing, and media mix modeling, utilizing and communicating insights to inform budgets and strategies.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience across various performance marketing channels or related roles, with at least 2+ years in leadership positions.
  • Proven track record managing diverse e-commerce marketing teams and driving measurable success in growth, ideally in the health and wellness industry.
  • Expertise in paid social, paid search, affiliate, and influencer strategies, including hands-on experience managing campaigns and managing media buyers.
  • Strong experience in launching and scaling new marketing channels, with a thorough understanding of associated measurement methodologies and performance metrics.
  • Proficient in advanced marketing analytics, comfortable with various measurement methodologies such as multi-touch attribution, geo lift testing, incrementally, and media mix modeling.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with a knack for fostering team growth and driving strategic initiatives.
  • Agile decision-making and problem-solving capabilities, backed by analytical thinking and a data-driven approach.
