Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Hotel Front Desk Agent to join our team at Inland Empire Hotel Management LLC. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, managing reservations, and ensuring a seamless stay for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Register guests, manage reservations, and provide information about rooms, rates, and amenities
  • Perform all check-in and check-out tasks, including verifying credit card data and collecting necessary information
  • Welcome guests upon arrival, assign rooms, and provide information about our hotel and its services
  • Respond to client complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Liaise with housekeeping staff to ensure rooms are clean and tidy
  • Confirm group reservations and arrange personalized services for VIP customers and event attendees
  • Upsell additional facilities and services when appropriate
  • Maintain updated records of bookings and payments
  • Cash handling experience and ability to set up breakfast room
  • Keep lobby, restroom, breakfast area, and other areas clean and organized
Requirements
  • Work experience as a Hotel Front Desk Agent, Receptionist, or similar role
  • Experience with hotel reservations software, such as Choice Advantage
  • Understanding of how travel planning websites operate, like Booking and TripAdvisor
  • Customer service attitude and excellent communication and organizational skills
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position with a 40-hour workweek. The schedule includes 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday, with night shifts, overnight shifts, and overtime as needed. Weekends are required.
