Insight Global Health is seeking an experienced Surgical Scrub Technician to join our team at a large Level 1 Trauma Center in the Cincinnati, OH area. This role involves assisting surgeons during surgical procedures by anticipating their needs to ensure a smooth and efficient execution of the procedure.

The Surgical Scrub Technician will be responsible for preparing and organizing the operating room, cleaning and sterilizing equipment, and maintaining a sterile environment. This is a critical role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure.

Shifts:

  • 10 hour shifts
  • Flex shifts available, with the option to work off-shifts (evening or night) up to 3 weeks out of a 6 week schedule
  • Call requirements: 8 hours per week, scheduled directly before or after staff shift in 4 hour blocks

Not given call on off days.

PAY RATE:

Local - $40-$50/hr

Travel - $2100 weekly take home
