Landscape Architect

### Job Summary

SMMA is seeking a talented Landscape Architect to join our Site Design team in Providence. As a mid-level professional, you will work on various projects across our seven core studios, collaborating with interdisciplinary experts to deliver innovative designs.

### Key Responsibilities

* Develop site designs and details for land development and building projects, balancing design intent, cost, and client expectations
* Produce compelling graphics, models, and design representations
* Assist in developing site designs and details for a variety of land development and building projects
* Take an active role in all project phases, from schematic design through construction administration
* Work independently and as part of project teams, partnering with experts to pursue innovative design opportunities and apply best practices

### Requirements

* Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited institution
* 5-8 years of relevant experience
* Demonstrated experience with digital tools, including Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, Bluebeam, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office Suite
* Interest and experience in green infrastructure and innovative rainwater management strategies
* Excellent verbal communication skills and capacity to exhibit sound decision-making, time management, and organization skills
