Job Summary

We're seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. As an RBT, you'll work under the general direction of the Administrator, providing support and training to developmentally disabled populations with co-occurring mental illness.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise, Safety, and Well-being: Ensure the supervision, safety, and well-being of the individuals at all times.
  • Active Treatment Program: Provide continuous active treatment programs for each individual, including informal and formal training and service objectives, ensuring implementation and documentation of the Individual Service Plan (ISP).
  • Participate in ISP Development and Evaluation: Participate in the development and evaluation of the ISP.
  • Health and Wellness Monitoring: Monitor and support the individuals' health and well-being, reporting observations to the Administrator and/or District Manager.
  • Daily Documentation: Ensure the daily documentation of individual status, behavior, and treatment responses.
  • Environment Maintenance: Participate in the provision and maintenance of a clean, safe, healthful, and nurturing environment.
  • Training and Positive Interaction: Provide quality training and positive interaction with individuals at all times.
  • Company Policies and Procedures: Adhere to and implement the Company's active treatment philosophy and goals, as well as organizational policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Certifications: Current Registered Behavior Technician certification, Direct Support Professional I and II certificates in accordance with Title 17 Requirements, and current certification of Professional Crisis Management (PCM) training or other regional center approved emergency intervention program.
  • Experience: At least two years of experience in a related field working with adults with developmental disabilities.

Compensation and Benefits

Our compensation package includes an estimated $20-$22 per hour, plus benefits such as comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, employee assistance program, employee discount program, paid time off, dayforce wallet daily pay, pre-tax 401(k), after-tax Roth, and tuition discount through Capella University.
