We are currently seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team. As a Physical Therapist with Liberty Healthcare and Rehabilitation Services, you will have the opportunity to work with patients and their families to provide personalized treatment plans and improve overall well-being.

Compensation Package

The estimated annual salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a 401(k) retirement plan.

Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist with our organization, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for patients with various physical impairments and diseases.
  • Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination and patient satisfaction.
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A graduate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
  • A valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
  • Previous experience working in a rehabilitation setting, preferably in a skilled nursing facility.
