Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Medical Manufacturing Specialist to join our team at Confluent Medical Technologies India Pvt Ltd.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Process Engineer I to support our production operations and drive process improvements in our Wire manufacturing cell. The successful candidate will work closely with internal program managers, external customers, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of new products and address quality issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide production support to track internal KPIs and improve processes within a LEAN manufacturing environment.
  • Interface with stakeholders to understand product requirements and address quality concerns.
  • Collaborate with Engineering Technicians and production personnel to optimize manufacturing processes.
  • Develop expertise in nitinol materials processing and follow health, safety, and environmental programs.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering with a minimum of two years of related engineering experience.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude, mathematical skills, and creative thinking.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
