About the Role

As a Sr IT Sales Account Manager at Randstad USA, you will be responsible for driving new business growth and building lasting client relationships in the IT staffing sector. This strategic role involves leveraging industry expertise to position Randstad Digital as a leading partner for talent within key markets.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand services within assigned accounts.
  • Leverage industry knowledge and thought leadership to envision how technology can transform our customers' businesses, driving higher levels of customer experience and engagement.
  • Analyze market trends and leverage industry expertise to strategically position Randstad Digital to maximize growth potential within key segments.
  • Establish and cultivate strong relationships with clients at senior levels, as well as external and internal partners, to maximize growth within an account.
About the Ideal Candidate

We are seeking an experienced IT Sales Manager who has a proven track record of expanding services within assigned accounts. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving and creative thinking capabilities, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Requirements:
  • 2+ years of IT staffing sales experience preferred.
  • Proven history of expanding services within assigned accounts.
  • Strong problem-solving and creative thinking capabilities.
  • A Bachelor's degree is advantageous.
