Job Description

As a Compensation Strategist, you will analyze current compensation market trends, design strategic costing models, and shape the salary structure. You will work closely with HRIS to develop and build compensation reports and analytics to support internal and external business needs.

  • Maintain job descriptions by researching and verifying qualifications, licenses, FLSA requirements, and grading for appropriate job classifications.
  • Analyze competitive salary information based on market trends and make recommendations as appropriate.
  • Work to understand business needs and maintain a competitive compensation structure.
  • Ensure compensation practices follow all laws and regulations and administer audits as needed.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in compensation, data analytics, human resources, or other business-related fields.

Salary

The estimated salary for this role is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
