Brewista Ambassador

Role Summary

As a Brewista at 7Brew, you will be the face of our brand, delivering exceptional customer experiences and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Your primary responsibility will be to prepare and serve high-quality beverages, while also providing top-notch customer service and building strong relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including espresso-based drinks, pour-overs, and other specialty coffee drinks
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
• Build strong relationships with customers, learning their names and preferences and making recommendations based on their tastes
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards and company policies
• Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service

Requirements

• 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work in a team environment and provide excellent customer service
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
• Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends
