About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Registered Nurse I to join our Surgical Progressive Care Unit team at Johns Hopkins Hospital. As a new grad RN, you will be part of a dynamic and supportive environment that fosters growth and development.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care to surgical patients in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance clinical skills and knowledge
  • Contribute to a culture of safety and quality improvement
Requirements
  • Graduated from an accredited nursing program
  • Active Maryland Board of Nursing (MBON) or Compact State Registered Nursing license
  • CPR/BLS certification
  • Associate Degree in Nursing required; BSN/MSN matriculation within one year of hire
