Job Title: Wireless Sales Manager

As a Wireless Sales Manager at Acosta Group, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals to achieve sales and business targets in multiple retail locations.

About the Role:
  • Recruit, lead, and motivate a team of experienced Wireless Sales Pros to achieve sales and business targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct daily field visits and maintain a visible presence within a market to ensure excellence.
  • Analyze performance data and regularly report on wireless store strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities.
  • Foster professional and productive relationships with in-store management and associates.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of two years of quota-based sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales objectives.
  • Sales Management experience preferred.
  • Wireless, consumer electronics, or related sales experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbally and written required.
