Job Summary

The Project Manager will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale projects from initiation to closure. This role requires a strategic thinker who can develop and implement project plans, manage budgets, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining high-quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain project schedules, resource allocation plans, and risk management strategies
  • Facilitate project meetings and provide regular status updates to stakeholders, including executive-level management
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, meeting minutes, and action items
  • Monitor project progress, identify and resolve project issues, and escalate as necessary
  • Manage project budgets, including tracking and reporting of expenses
  • Lead cross-functional teams and work with project managers to ensure project success
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior project management team members

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field (preferred but not required)
  • 6-9 years of experience in project coordination or management
  • Profound project management and organizational skills, including experience leading large-scale projects
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience leading project presentations to executive-level management
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and work independently
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel, PowerPoint, and Project
  • Project management certification, such as PMP, is a plus but not required
