About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Travel Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our contact center, you will be responsible for delivering world-class customer service in an inbound, high-volume travel call servicing environment.

Your primary focus will be on delighting our premium card members with unforgettable travel experiences by creating new bookings and servicing existing travel arrangements. This role requires strong research, planning, and communication skills to understand customer needs and deliver innovative interactions.

As a Travel Consultant, you will have the opportunity to grow your skills through industry-leading training and ongoing coaching. You will learn what it means to continually set the standard for world-class, customer-first service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Create personalized travel experiences by booking domestic and international flights, car and hotel travel arrangements.
  • Communicate new and existing product offerings and value propositions relevant to the card member.
  • Prioritize the card member's experience at all times, reinforcing the Membership First approach.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in tourism, travel, hospitality, or a related field.
  • High-end customer service or sales experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide premium customer service in a call center or comparable environment.
  • Basic geography knowledge with the ability to locate continents, countries, and key travel destinations worldwide.
  • A positive attitude and outlook, with a desire to learn and adapt to new situations.
  • Natural communication skills, including active listening and adapting to different conversation styles.
  • Computer proficiency, with the ability to navigate multiple applications and devices.
  • The ability to work nights and weekends, as we service our card members 24/7.
Additional Requirements

This is a hybrid role, requiring flexibility to work in the office a minimum of 3 days per week. You must also be able to work anytime between 5:00 AM and 2:00 AM, including weekends. Locations include Sunrise, Florida, and Phoenix, Arizona.

Compensation

The estimated hourly salary range for this position is $20-$28.85, depending on location and experience. Benefits include competitive base salaries, bonus incentives, a 6% company match on retirement savings, free financial coaching, comprehensive medical and dental benefits, and more.
