Salary: $100,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience
About the Role:
As a Control Systems Engineer at Williamson Health, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining complex control systems for our facilities. Your expertise will ensure the safe and efficient operation of our medical equipment and infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
System Design and Implementation:
Develop logic diagrams, cause & effect matrices, and functional narratives to support system design and implementation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system integration
Design and implement control panels, field wiring diagrams, conduit & cable schedules, and associated E&I package deliverables
System Maintenance and Troubleshooting:
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting tasks to ensure system uptime and optimal performance
Conduct factory acceptance testing and field start-up and commissioning activities
Troubleshoot issues and develop corrective actions to prevent future occurrences
Professional Development:
Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with industry trends and best practices
Requirements:
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field, plus 5 years' experience in control systems engineering
Or equivalent combination of education and experience
Skills and Qualifications:
Technical Skills:
Strong proficiency in programming DeltaV Distributed Control Systems, Modbus, Ethernet/IP, and OPC communications protocols
Knowledgeable of electrical protection relays, historian systems, external notification systems, and device networking protocols
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a cross-functional team
Strong analytical and technical skills

Discretionary bonus for hours worked in excess of 80 hours in a two-week pay period
