Job Description: In this role, you will be tasked with various responsibilities including answering phone calls, preparing finance forms, and contributing to company reports. You will work closely with other team members to ensure seamless operations within the office.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and update office procedures to ensure efficiency
  • Organize and maintain accurate filing systems
  • Welcome customers and provide exceptional customer service
  • Coordinate logistics for consumer loans and prepare necessary documentation
  • Promote service contracts to customers
  • Process requests from suppliers and respond to their inquiries
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals
  • Reroute incoming calls and schedule appointments as needed
  • Compose and distribute emails and letters to relevant parties
  • Support company reporting initiatives


Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you should possess:
  • A high school diploma or GED, preferably an associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • Prior experience working in retail dealerships is a plus
  • Background in office coordination or similar roles
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles
  • Familiarity with standard office equipment
  • Proficiency in Dealer Management Systems (DMS)
  • Advanced computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
