Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst BCBA

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst BCBA to join our team at ALL POINTE CARE. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting initial assessments and ongoing evaluations of clients, developing and implementing Functional Behavior Analysis, and providing training to staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations of clients to identify their individual needs.
  • Develop and implement Functional Behavior Analysis specific to each client's needs.
  • Monitor client progress and modify the Plan as needed.
  • Provide training to staff to ensure effective implementation of the Plan.
  • Establish strong working relationships with families and other relevant parties.
  • Provide therapeutic counseling to clients and their families.
  • Collect data and maintain effective documentation in accordance with applicable policies and procedures.
  • Prepare and submit reports and other required documentation in a timely manner.

Requirements:

  • Active Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA).
  • Masters Degree in Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or related field from an accredited college or university.
  • Minimum of one year working with individuals on the Autism spectrum.
  • Flexible availability during after-school hours and weekends.
