Field Sales Manager

Job Summary
A Field Sales Manager at Breakthru Beverage Group is responsible for achieving sales volume and distribution objectives by managing and coaching a team of sales representatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer orientation, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coach a team of sales representatives to achieve sales objectives and improve performance.
- Demonstrate strong customer orientation by maintaining relationships with key accounts, identifying opportunities, and resolving customer complaints.
- Participate in the associate interview and selection process by working with human resources to source candidates and manage the on-boarding process.
- Develop and review performance enhancement plans for each sales representative by maintaining training files and conducting evaluations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field and/or equivalent training and work experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of related experience in sales.
- Proficient PC skills using MS Office and other various computer programs.
- Results-oriented professional with verbal/written communication skills and customer service skills.
- Ability to multi-task, work independently and/or within a team, and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to hold a Solicitor's Permit.
- Understanding of Wine, Spirits, and Beer.

- Resolves issues which are often varied and non-routine. Undertakes analysis and investigation to solve issues.
