The New Home Consultant at Lennar Homes is responsible for managing the new home purchase process from initial customer contact to closing, aiming to create a positive and memorable experience for customers. This includes daily operations at Welcome Home Centers, processing sale agreements, and closing sales in line with company business plans.

Key Responsibilities:
• Engage and establish relationships with visitors to understand their home buying needs, utilizing the company's selling philosophy.
• Self-generate sales leads through community engagement, realtor partnerships, and proactive prospecting.
• Develop comprehensive knowledge of the competitive market, including products, community features, and demographics.
• Provide consistent follow-through with customers from initial contact to post-closing, maintaining accurate communication records.
• Participate in sales meetings, neighborhood promotions, and marketing programs.
• Ensure the maintenance of Welcome Home Center models and inventory homes.
• Complete required training and participate in community events and phone banks.

Your Toolbox
To excel in this role, you will need:
• A high school diploma or equivalent; a college degree and real estate license are preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in homebuilding or real estate sales, preferably in a similar role.
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to use sales tracking tools.
• Self-motivation with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, plus benefits that make your heart smile:
