Job Summary

Soliant Health is seeking a dedicated and experienced Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) to work in a school setting near Canton, OH.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide speech therapy services for students ranging from grades K-12.
  • Collaborate with educators and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
Requirements
  • Minimum 1+ years of experience in speech therapy required.
  • Active or pending state SLPA license.
  • Previous school experience and IEP/AAC exposure preferred but not required.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Petitive salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year (dependent on experience).
  • Guaranteed hours for direct and indirect services.
  • Payment for both direct and indirect services rendered.
  • Liability insurance coverage.
  • Industry Leading Health, Vision, Dental, and 401k benefits available for full-time employees working a minimum of 30 hours per week.
  • Stipends available under certain circumstances.
