At PTR Global, we're looking for a highly skilled Lead DevOps Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. This long-term opportunity offers a competitive rate of $70-75 per hour on a W2 basis.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned DevOps professional with expertise in CI/CD methodology, cloud platforms, and agile project management. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable infrastructure solutions that meet the needs of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitHub, and Harness.
  • Ensure high availability and scalability of our infrastructure services running on Oracle, SQL, Linux, and Windows platforms.
  • Maintain and support our Jira and ServiceNow instances, ensuring seamless workflows and efficient issue tracking.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
  • Leverage your knowledge of PCF/Azure Cloud to design and deploy cloud-native applications and services.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in DevOps engineering, with a focus on CI/CD, containerization, and orchestration.
  • Strong understanding of cloud computing platforms, including Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud.
  • Familiarity with version control systems like Git and Subversion.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders, including development teams, QA engineers, and operations staff.
