Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Front Desk Associate to join our team at the Courtyard by Marriott in Boone, NC.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring accurate and efficient handling of room assignments and payments.
  • Stock and maintain the hotel's Market, ensuring a wide selection of snacks and beverages are available to guests.
  • Process reports and maintain accurate records, ensuring compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries in a prompt and courteous manner.


Requirements

  • We are seeking individuals who can work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings, with a minimum of 5 shifts per week.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred, but not required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude, even in challenging situations.
