MRI Imaging Specialist for Travel Assignment

Aequor Allied is seeking an experienced MRI Technologist for a travel assignment in Maine.
About the RoleThis 13-week position offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic team and gain valuable experience in a high-volume healthcare setting. As an MRI Technologist, you will be responsible for operating magnetic resonance imaging equipment to produce high-quality images of patients' internal structures.
Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing patients for exams by explaining procedures, positioning them correctly, and ensuring their safety throughout the process.
- Operating MRI equipment to obtain diagnostic images while maintaining accurate records of patient data.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace to ensure efficient workflow and compliance with regulatory standards.
To be considered for this MRI Technologist role, you should possess:
- A degree in Radiologic Technology or a related field.
- Current certification as an MRI Technologist (ARRT (R)).
- Experience working in a hospital or medical imaging setting, preferably with MRI equipment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, colleagues, and supervisors.
This travel assignment offers a competitive pay package based on 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week, with tax-free stipend amount to be determined. The exact salary will be confirmed upon further discussion.
