Senior Manufacturing Supervisor

Salary: $22.27-$25.80 per hour

Job Description:

As a Senior Manufacturing Supervisor on our 3rd shift team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation of our manufacturing processes.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing direction and guidance to production associates to meet work priorities and site objectives
• Overseeing the overall production process, ensuring optimal efficiency through effective monitoring and adjustment of production equipment
• Ensuring compliance with all safety protocols and procedures within each shift
• Assisting in production, covering areas for breaks and lunch, and training new associates
• Performing furnace checks to ensure equipment is operating properly and conducting process and quality checks to ensure parts meet specifications
• Troubleshooting operations problems within departments and performing emergency procedures as needed

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of manufacturing experience
• Able to read, write, and communicate in English
• Strong orientation toward safety, quality, and continuous improvement
• Knowledge of powdered metal processes and willingness to be involved in all aspects of production
• Forklift certification (or willing to become certified within 90 days) and First Aid/First Responder training (or willing to become trained within 180 days)
• Able to handle continuous standing of 8 to 10 hours daily and perform frequent lifting up to 33 lbs independently and up to 70 lbs with assistance
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with a One Team mindset
