The Opportunity

This role as a Site Front Desk Assistant at our Seward Tower East property in Minneapolis, MN offers an exciting opportunity to make a difference in the lives of others. You will be responsible for ensuring a smooth day-to-day operation of the community by providing top-notch customer service, maintaining confidentiality, and adhering to company policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, handling inquiries and directing them to relevant parties.
  • Manage administrative tasks efficiently, such as updating records and coordinating with property staff.
  • Implement security measures to ensure the safety and security of residents and staff.
  • Maintain positive relationships with residents, addressing concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Foster a welcoming environment by engaging with visitors and residents alike.
  • Collaborate with services staff and programs to ensure seamless delivery of support services.
  • Monitor and report any issues related to building security and maintenance.
  • Coordinate logistics for emergency situations, ensuring prompt action is taken.
  • Serve as a liaison between residents, staff, and external partners when necessary.

What We Are Looking For

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Two years of experience working in a front desk or property management setting.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel).
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage competing demands.
  • Demonstrated commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Strong understanding of safety and security protocols.
  • Experience with conflict resolution and de-escalation techniques.
  • Reliable transportation for occasional travel to local meetings or training events.
