Job Summary:

Lowell General Hospital is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. As an LPN, you will work under the direction of a registered nurse and utilize the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect data on patient health status and collaborate with the healthcare team to identify health goals.
  • Implement medical and nursing plans of care, medication administration, and procedures necessary for patient care.
  • Provide direct patient care within the primary nursing model, ensuring continuity of care and maintaining patient rights and dignity.
  • Communicate changes in patient condition to the registered nurse and document pain management, nursing interventions, and patient responses.

Requirements:

  • Graduation from an accredited practical nursing program.
  • Experience dependent on unit requirements and needs.
