Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a Senior Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the success of our Enterprise-level customers, ensuring they realize the full value of the Datapeople platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Success: Oversee the success of our customers, ensuring they realize the full value of the Datapeople platform.
  • Customer Needs Assessment: Understand your customer's needs, helping leaders to identify opportunities to expand our depth of engagement.
  • Success Strategies: Use data to create success strategies and accelerate customer goals.
  • Pain Point Documentation: Document customer pain points and advocate for them internally.
  • Renewals and Expansions: Work closely with Account Executives on driving renewals and expansions.
  • Platform Expertise: Become an expert on the Datapeople platform and integrations, while keeping up with industry trends in recruiting, data, and analytics.

Requirements

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in customer success, including at a SaaS company.
  • Enterprise Experience: 2+ years of experience working with Enterprise B2B customers, managing across teams/geographies, and presenting to senior leaders.
  • Recruiting Knowledge: Familiarity with how recruiting teams are structured and the recruiting process.
  • Customer Success Tools: Familiarity with customer success tools like Hubspot and Gong.

Compensation

The anticipated salary range for this position is $100,000-125,000 with bonus eligibility and stock options. Actual compensation is determined by many factors including candidate experience and skills; location/market; and business needs.
