Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships, providing prompt and accurate service as needed.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options and provide personalized solutions.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve mutually agreed-upon marketing goals and drive business growth.

Requirements
- Previous sales experience, preferably in outside sales or retail sales.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A self-motivated and detail-oriented individual who is dedicated to customer service.
- Able to obtain a Property and Casualty license and a Life and Health license.
