Dishwasher Position

Kura Sushi Skokie is seeking a skilled Dishwasher to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our guests and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain our automated dishwashing system
• Ensure all dishes, utensils, and equipment are cleaned and sanitized
• Assist with food preparation and presentation
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace

Requirements:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of food safety standards and restaurant cleanliness
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
