Chief Total Rewards Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Total Rewards Officer to lead our compensation, benefits, and HRIS functions. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing our total rewards philosophy and framework.

Your Key Responsibilities- Total Rewards Strategy: Formulate and direct compensation and benefit strategies that support business objectives and meet competitive labor market conditions.
- Program Design and Implementation: Lead the design, implementation, and management of total rewards programs, including compensation, retirement, and health and welfare plans.
- Vendor Management: Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts with external partners to ensure effective administration of company plans.
- Communication and Training: Develop and deliver communications and training on total rewards programs to employees, managers, and stakeholders.
- 7+ years' experience in a leadership and people management role.
- Minimum of 10 years of professional compensation, benefits, and/or HRIS experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decisions.
- Broad knowledge of federal, state, and local labor laws, practices, and procedures.
- Knowledge of trends and best practices pertaining to total rewards administration and development.
The estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000-$150,000, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
