About the Role
">Kadlec is seeking a skilled Care Manager RN to join our team in Kennewick, Washington.
This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic healthcare environment, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to provide exceptional patient care. As a Care Manager RN, you will be responsible for facilitating communication between caregivers and providers, ensuring timely authorization and treatment start, and coordinating seamless transitions between in-hospital and outpatient treatment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate communication between caregivers and providers to advocate for patients
- Act as a liaison between staff and interdisciplinary teams to support coordination of patient care
- Track ordering and completion of studies and steps necessary prior to starting treatment
- Coordinate admission for in-hospital treatment and transition back to outpatient treatment
Requirements:
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire
- 2 years Recent Outpatient Oncology Nursing experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from an accredited educational institution
- 2 years Acute Care Nursing experience

Salary Range: $42.15 - $66.73 per hour. The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
