**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Medical Care Specialist to join our Med/Surg unit in Boston, MA.

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care while adhering to compliance standards.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide exceptional patient care in the Med/Surg unit.
  • Recognize and prioritize patient needs in accordance with physician guidelines.
  • Independently read and interpret telemetry rhythm strips.

**Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years of acute care float experience.
  • The ability to independently read and interpret telemetry rhythm strips.
  • Current licensure as a Registered Professional Nurse (RN).
  • BLS & ACLS Certification.
