Rural Healthcare Provider Lead

The Family Nurse Practitioner at Fast Pace Health is a dynamic and rewarding role that requires a highly skilled and experienced professional to provide high-quality healthcare services to patients in rural communities. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading clinic staff, ensuring patient care protocols are followed, and maintaining compliance with health regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor clinic staff in delivering exceptional patient care, setting an example through behaviors, actions, and attitude
Ensure accurate completion of patient charts, forwarding them as necessary on a daily basis, and build confidence and credibility among employees
Implement clinical protocols as outlined by the Chief Medical Officer and supervising physicians, staying up-to-date with regulatory requirements and best practices
Perform diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and educate patients on continued treatment and care for acute and chronic conditions
Analyze and interpret patient histories, symptoms, physical findings, and diagnostic information to develop appropriate diagnoses
Collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals, fostering a positive work environment and promoting teamwork, communication, empowerment, quality care, and friendliness
Requirements and Qualifications
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner with a strong background in primary care, preferably with experience in urgent care, occupational medicine, emergency rooms, or family medical practice. You should have a Master's degree in Nursing and hold current licensure as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Proven experience working as a telehealth clinician is also essential. Additionally, you must be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced autonomous environment and possess excellent leadership skills, problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills.
