We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at Autism Spectrum Therapies. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, evidence-based ABA therapy to children with autism.

What We Offer- Competitive Salary: $74,100 - $84,000 per year

As a BCBA, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing oversight and supervision for your team and clients
- Mentoring and supporting behavior technicians
- Writing reports and conducting clinical reviews with funding sources
- Attending monthly regional meetings for ongoing training and supervision
- Conducting regular parent/caregiver trainings for family members
- Treating the safety of clients and others involved in each case as a top priority
- Consulting with clients and providing continuous program direction and maintenance
- Analyzing data/behavior and making data-based decisions
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Master's degree or higher
- BCBA certification or eligibility to sit for the BCBA exam within the next three months
- A minimum of two years of experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities
- Certification, registration, and/or license as required by local statutes to deliver behavior treatment
- Exceptional professional, interpersonal, and communication skills
