Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at Autism Spectrum Therapies. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, evidence-based ABA therapy to children with autism.

Job Description

As a BCBA, your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing oversight and supervision for your team and clients
  • Mentoring and supporting behavior technicians
  • Writing reports and conducting clinical reviews with funding sources
  • Attending monthly regional meetings for ongoing training and supervision
  • Conducting regular parent/caregiver trainings for family members
  • Treating the safety of clients and others involved in each case as a top priority
  • Consulting with clients and providing continuous program direction and maintenance
  • Analyzing data/behavior and making data-based decisions
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree or higher
  • BCBA certification or eligibility to sit for the BCBA exam within the next three months
  • A minimum of two years of experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities
  • Certification, registration, and/or license as required by local statutes to deliver behavior treatment
  • Exceptional professional, interpersonal, and communication skills
