Responsibilities:
  • Implement KinderCare's curriculum in a way that caters to the diverse needs of each child
  • Create a secure and stimulating environment that encourages exploration and learning
  • Promote effective communication with parents, ensuring that they are informed and engaged in their child's development
  • Support center goals around enrollment, accreditation, and community engagement
  • Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, state licensing authorities, and corporate partners
Requirements:
  • Excellent customer service skills and strong organizational abilities
  • Ability to multitask and handle multiple situations effectively
  • Meet state-specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain
  • CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain
  • Physically able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors
  • Able to assume postures to allow physical and visual contact with children
  • Read, write, understand, and speak English fluently
