About the Role:

As a CNA with IntelyCare, you will assist residents in various post-acute facilities, providing essential care and support. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting residents with mobility, personal hygiene, toileting, feeding, and other activities of daily living (ADLs)
  • Monitoring residents throughout the shift and alerting the nursing team to any concerns
  • Checking vital signs and reporting any abnormal events to supervising staff
  • Maintaining a clean and hygienic environment
  • Offering companionship and emotional support to residents and their loved ones

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current Connecticut Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
  • Understanding of nursing care procedures and related medical terminology
  • Effective organization skills and the ability to communicate with medical professionals, residents, and family members
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
