Swimming Pool Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Swimming Pool Technician to join our team at A Oasis. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality and customer satisfaction in pool maintenance and cleaning services.

• Clean pools using proper chemicals and cleaners according to company standards.
• Perform regular maintenance tasks such as vacuuming, skimming, brushing, and emptying baskets.
• Maintain pool pumps and filters, and ensure compliance with State Health and Safety Codes.
• Keep accurate records of all chemicals used and maintenance performed.
• Identify and report any equipment issues to the Service Supervisor.
• Manage inventory of equipment and supplies.
• Communicate with homeowners via company software to provide updates on pool status.

• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• The ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Ability to work outside in varying temperatures.
• Prior experience in pool cleaning or related field is preferred, but not mandatory.
• Comfortable handling and mixing pool chemicals.

This is an hourly position with paid training, offering potential earnings between $700-$1200 per week. Our benefits package includes medical, vision, and dental insurance, as well as paid time off and vacation time.
