Construction Laborer

We are seeking skilled professionals to join our team as Construction Laborers, Crew Leaders, CDL Drivers, Irrigation Technicians, and Yard Supervisors in Hancock, Michigan. This is a full-time, seasonal position working Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays.

• Perform physical work in various outdoor weather conditions, including inspecting and loading equipment, lifting objects up to 50 pounds, and cleaning up job sites.
• Travel to job sites and stay overnight, if necessary, due to location of job site. Company provides transportation to/from job sites and provides lodging when overnight stays are necessary.
• Install guardrails, perform turf restoration, landscaping, and irrigation work on private, state funded, and federally funded projects across Northeastern Wisconsin and Northern Michigan.

• Competitive hourly rates: $20.00 per hour starting pay based on experience for Laborers, $25.00 per hour starting pay based on experience for Crew Leaders, Irrigation Technicians, and Yard Supervisors.

• Michigan Driver's License and a clean driving record required.
• Class A Commercial Driver's License preferred, but not required. Those with a valid Class A CDL endorsement will be paid a higher pay rate and higher travel reimbursement.
• Ability to successfully pass a pre-hire drug and alcohol screening.
