Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Executive Operations Assistant to join our team. As an Executive Operations Assistant, you will provide high-level support to our CEO and executive leadership team, assisting with company-wide meetings and events, and providing ad-hoc support to help the company stay organized and efficient.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support to the CEO and executive leadership team, including managing calendars, prioritizing tasks, and handling travel arrangements
* Assist with company-wide meetings and events, including logistics, coordination, and communication
* Provide ad-hoc support to help the company stay organized and efficient, including researching and preparing reports, coordinating processes, and identifying areas for improvement

Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in any discipline
* Any internship, co-op or summer work experience is an asset (previous experience at a startup or fast-paced environment is a plus)
