Job Summary

Under the direction of our healthcare providers, you'll contribute to the delivery of patient care that promotes the well-being and safety of all patients and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with general patient care following established clinic workflows.
  • Greet and prepare patients for the healthcare provider by completing intake duties, such as documenting the patient's reason for visit, obtaining and recording vital signs, reviewing documented drug allergies, and completing appropriate screening questionnaires.
  • Collect and prepare ordered specimens for laboratory analysis.
  • Clean and sterilize instruments.
  • Ensure patient exam rooms are stocked, clean, and orderly.
  • Escalate non-routine issues, questions, and/or concerns timely and appropriately.
  • Ensure required safety checklists and quality controls are completed and action taken if indicated.
