We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our overnight team at Clementine West Linn. As an essential member of our care team, you will provide vital support to adolescents struggling with eating disorders.

About Clementine

Clementine is a residential treatment program located in West Linn, Oregon, exclusively catering to adolescents battling Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Binge Eating Disorder, or Exercise Addiction. Our commitment is to empower young individuals and their families on the path to recovery by equipping them with the tools necessary to navigate life free from the grip of these eating disorders.

Responsibilities
  • Obtain and record vital signs as needed, ensuring the well-being of our residents.
  • Monitor and report unusual client behavior, guaranteeing a safe environment for all.
  • Administer medications accurately and promptly, adhering to established protocols.
  • Document patient information thoroughly and efficiently, maintaining accurate records.
  • Model healthy eating habits during meal times, setting a positive example for our residents.
Requirements
  • Possess an active RN license or be eligible for licensure.
  • Previous experience in residential or inpatient behavioral health settings is beneficial.
  • Any prior work with individuals overcoming eating disorders is a significant asset.
  • Hold current CPR/BLS certification; we can provide training if needed.
